Need to further investigate but it seems that under this plan that a family making 40k or 50k will go from paying 10% or 15% to paying zero taxes. So while a family making 250k might get the largest cut on taxes, that large cut is relative: lower and middle class families won't be paying taxes at all. But prob not reading this right, think it's more complex.
