Charles Michael Adler (born October 2, 1956) is an American voice actor and voice director. He is known for voicing Buster Bunny in Tiny Toon Adventures, Cow, Chicken, and The Red Guy in Cow and Chicken and I Am Weasel, Starscream in the Transformers film series and Ickis in Aaahh!!!
